TRAINING

Here at Kleen K9, we offer dog training for all breeds, at all stages of your dog’s development and we activity challenge the belief that, ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’… Because we can and do!

 Our approach... “Education Through Communication”

We believe dogs need to fully understand obedience expectations before the dog can start to demonstrate the behaviours we expect or need from the dog. This can only be achieved through clear communication, by having a training program to match your dog needs and patience.

Our training provides structured and bespoke training for your dog, during scheduled 1-2-1 training sessions or our Residential training programs, where your dog will stay with us for daily training which helps ‘fast-track’ the learning process.

Why Kleen K9 for Dog Training…???

We have competed with our own dogs in IGP dog sport Internationally for over a decade now and have represented Team GB at World Championships on multiple occasions. We use our experience gained training dogs to these high standards, to help provide our clients with training and advice to meet their needs and the needs of the dog.

We have experience with a wide variety of breeds, with varying educational needs, from family pets who are part of the family, to sport and service dogs (working dogs), including ‘category registered dogs’ who’s needs can be very specific.

This really sets Kleen K9 dog training programs a level above your average dog trainer!

Kleen K9 1-2-1 Training

Our 1-2-1 training provides structured and bespoke training for your dog, during scheduled daily or weekly 1-2-1 training sessions. Training is booked to accommodate the availability of the client, and the frequency is recommendation by us based on the educational needs of your dog.

Training sessions are ‘block-booked’ in blocks of 4 session for Junior/Puppy training and 5 for adult dogs. This ensures a commitment from both parties (trainer & client) to the process and helps ensure as much consistency as possible for your dog during the training process.

Advantages of 1-2-1 Training…

✓    Bespoke training program for your dog.

✓    Flexibility for client and dog.

✓    Ideal for young dogs & puppies who typically have short attention range.

✓    Great for owners who want to develop their own knowledge in parallel to the dog’s education.

Kleen K9 Residential Training

Kleen K9 Residential Training offers a more efficient and effective way to educate your dog, over a shorter period and to a higher standard than most owners could achieve alone.

Our programs combine our Boarding service + 1-2-1 Training into one ‘complete package’, where your dog receives daily training to the highest level possible.

Combining bespoke and structured training, with the ‘re-set’ that time away from home naturally provides, creates optimal conditions for your dog’s learning.

Advantages of Residential Training…

✓    Busy owners where regular training is difficult to manage & maintain over long periods.

✓    Multi-dog households where managing behaviour & training is very challenging.

✓    Young dogs Benefit from time away from home to ‘grow up’, with structured socialisation and strong foundations from the start.

We have been using Pension Canine Kleen K9 ever since we moved to France a few years ago, and this is without a doubt the best dog kennel in the area, and beyond! Back in the UK we always had dog sitters, and I was a bit wary of kennelling my dogs (1 very sensitive Dobermann boy and a feisty Rottweiler girl) but now I don't ever hesitate to leave them in Vickie's care, and I never worry about the pooches when we are away. The kennels are spacious and clean, all with an indoor and outdoor area, plus a large secure field for them to play and stretch their legs. They also get regular walks in the woods, and there are surveillance cameras installed in every kennel. My dogs always get very excited when we pull up at the kennels, they love their little holidays with Auntie Vickie. I highly recommend Pension Canine Kleen K9 and I would not leave my fur babies anywhere else!
